medications and reminding clients to take them on time, promoting a smooth
recovery process.
Physical Support
- Helping Clients Manage Sitting, Standing, and Exercise Routines: Assisting
clients with getting in and out of bed or chairs, monitoring sitting times, and
helping with gentle exercises prescribed by their doctor or therapist.
Cold Pack Application
- Assisting with Cold Therapy for Swelling or Pain Management: Applying
cold packs to help manage post-surgical swelling or discomfort as part of the
recovery care plan.
Meal Preparation
- Preparing Nutritious Meals During Recovery: Creating meals that are easy to
digest, nutritious, and suitable for recovery, ensuring clients receive the
sustenance they need to heal.
Light Housekeeping and Laundry
- Keeping the Home Environment Clean and Safe: Assisting with tasks like
laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up the home, allowing the client to recover in a
clean and comfortable space.
